Cancellation and Amended Policy.
Cancellations and amendments accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations and amendments will be charged at full. All cancellations will be charged a £3 admin fee, amendments are free.
Running Late for your Appointment?
I will always do my best to fit you in as long as we do not run into the next clients appointment. Depending on how late you are, you might not receive the full service or may even be turned away. Either way you will still be charged in full for the appointment.
Confirmation/Reminder Emails
Please note that while we strive to ensure all booking confirmation emails are delivered, there are times when they may not reach your inbox or could end up in your junk mail. We kindly ask that you take a moment to note down your appointment and details at the time of booking to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
